Please log into the Wolt app (Not the Wolt Partner app) using your credentials and follow this procedure:

  • Navigate to the settings

  • Click on ''Support''

  • Open a new conversation

  • Request an account data overview

Please note that you may need to provide additional information to verify your identity and ensure the security of your data and the legitimacy of your request. Upon submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation by Support that it has been received. Our team will process your request in accordance with GDPR guidelines, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
