Sending an application as a Non-EU citizen

⚠️ All documents must be valid and up to date. Debit/credit cards, driver's licenses and travel documents (Reisebevis) are not accepted as valid IDs. Documents should not be sent via email, they should be uploaded in the Wolt Partner app. If you are having trouble uploading documents, please check this article.

As a non-European citizen, you will need to provide the following documents:

Valid ID or passport
Everyone who wants to deliver with Wolt must upload a picture of their ID in the form of a passport or ID card. Please keep in mind that bank cards or driver licenses are not accepted here as we need to confirm your citizenship.

Driver's license
We need a valid driver's license if you plan on delivering with a car or a moped. Please keep in mind that you do not need to upload this if you plan on delivering with a bicycle or e-scooter. The license must be valid in the EU, you can read more about the rules in effect here.

Residence permit
We will need a valid residence permit where your ID or D number is visible. It can either be:

  • A picture of the front and the back of a valid residence permit if you already have a permit.

  • An email from UDI confirming that your application is being renewed if your current permit has expired.

Selfie
We will also need a selfie from you. This is needed to confirm you are the person applying and using the profile. 
Please make sure to have a neutral expression on the picture, facing straight towards the camera without wearing accessories.
