Do I have to pay to change my bag?

If you have to pay the deposit again to change your bag depends on the issue you have with your equipment. You will be able to receive the deposit in certain cases, and you will have to pay it again in others. Please find the situation applying to your case under. 

  • This applies in the following cases:

    • The shoulder straps are damaged

    • The zipper is damaged

    • The insulation is getting bad.

    • Foods or drinks soiled the interior

    You will not have to pay the deposit again in this case. You can return the gear by filling out this form.

    Once it has been returned, you will receive the deposit. Remember to order new gear in our Gear Shop to be able to deliver as you cannot deliver with us without a bag.

  • If the bag you borrowed has been damaged due to carelessness during the rental period, we may need to use your deposit to cover the costs of repair or replacement. You can return the gear by filling out this form.

    Once it has been returned, we will review the damage.

    • If the damage is due to normal wear and tear, you will receive the deposit back.

    • If the item has been damaged due to carelessness, we cannot refund the deposit.

    Remember to order new gear in our Gear Shop to be able to deliver as you cannot deliver with us without a bag.

  • If the bag you borrowed has been lost during the rental period, we will need to use your deposit to cover the costs of repair or replacement.

    Since proper care is your responsibility while borrowing the delivery gear, we cannot refund the deposit in this case. Remember to order new gear in our Gear Shop to be able to deliver as you cannot deliver with us without a bag.

  • If the bag you borrowed has been stolen during the rental period, we will need to use your deposit to cover the costs of repair or replacement.

    Since proper care is your responsibility while borrowing the delivery gear, we cannot refund the deposit in this case. Remember to order new gear in our Gear Shop to be able to deliver as you cannot deliver with us without a bag.

  • If the bag you borrowed has been removed during the rental period, we will need to use your deposit to cover the costs of repair or replacement.

    Friendly reminder that bags used for food transportation cannot be stored outside or in indoor public places.
