Returning the gear at the main office
Please keep in mind that you cannot return your gear at the main office. We do not store gear there, it has to be returned by filling out this form. Please contact us in the chat in the app if you need help with this.

Leaving the gear outside the office will end up with a removal fee being deducted if we have to order transport from the office to the warehouse. 

Leaving the gear at a random place
Leaving the gear at a random place is absolutely not permitted. A removal fee will be deducted if we have to order transport from the place it was left at to the warehouse.


Damaged/Lost Gear

My gear has been damaged
You can return your gear by filling out this form: https://forms.monday.com/forms/ac8f337897b11cf578d9ce9f1691f85f?r=use1. You will later receive a return label that you can stick on the package before dropping it off at your local post office. Kindly send us the tracking number after you send it so that we are able to track the delivery and return the deposit.

My gear has been stolen
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the deposit in this case. You cannot deliver as long as you do not have a safe food delivery bag. You can order new gear here: https://store.woltpartners.no.

I have lost my gear

Returning the gear to stop your contract

You can end your contract and return the equipment by filling out this form. We thank you for delivering with us and wish you the best of luck in your future projects!
