Who should I contact?

You have the possibility to contact two separate departments in the chat in the Wolt Partner app. Depending on your type of issue or feedback, you will have to contact either the Live Support team or the Operations Team. 

Kindly keep in mind that the Operations team does not have a live chat and are only open between 9-17, monday to friday. You will not get a reply instantly.
