Request an Account Data Deletion

We understand the importance of data privacy and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please note that requesting an account data deletion will delete both your courier profile and your user profile. There is no way to revoke the deletion once it is done.


Here's how you can request the deletion of your personal data from your user account:


Stop your Courier Partnership Agreement

You will first have to fill out this form to return your gear and stop your Partnership Agreement with us: https://forms.monday.com/forms/ac8f337897b11cf578d9ce9f1691f85f?r=use1.


Access Your Account Settings

Once the gear has been registered, the deposit has been returned and your Partnership Agreement has been stopped, please log into the Wolt app (Not the Wolt Partner app) using your credentials and follow this procedure:

- Navigate to the settings

- Click on ''Support''

- Open a new conversation

- Request an account data deletion


Please note that you may need to provide additional information to verify your identity and ensure the security of your data and the legitimacy of your request. 


Confirmation and Processing

Upon submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation by Support that it has been received. Our team will process your request in accordance with GDPR guidelines, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.


Deletion of Personal Data

Once your request has been processed, your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. This includes any information associated with your user account, such as account details, transaction history, communication records, and any other relevant data collected as per GDPR requirements.
